长期从事超强超快激光领域的研究工作。超强激光方面,提出并实验验证了“CPA-OPCPA混合式“技术方案,获得了当时基于OPCPA终端放大最高峰值功率;超快激光方面,提出并实验验证了“非线性晶体组合式双啁啾光参量放大(Advanced DC-OPA)”方案,打破了研制高脉冲能量、单光学周期乃至更短脉宽红外激光装置的技术瓶颈,建成了峰值功率最高的单光学周期CEP稳定的红外激光装置。
